Inside Brar's factory in Canada | How they make Indian sweets in Canada

- I got to visit @brarsfoodculture manufacturing plant, where they make a whopping 200,000 samosas every day! It was such a cool opportunity because no one else had ever done it before. The plant was really clean and organized.
First, we had to go through a security check to make sure everything was safe. Then, we washed our hands and had our shoes cleaned to keep things super clean. After that, we went to the milk room where they make paneer using fresh milk from farms. It was interesting to see how they carefully select and process the milk to make the perfect paneer.
Next, we visited the section where Brar’s makes all our favorite sweets and snacks. The smell of freshly made treats filled the air and it was amazing to watch the skilled workers making each item with so much care. And don’t forget, they make a whopping 200,000 samosas every single day!
Overall, it was an awesome experience. Seeing how Brar’s makes their delicious food gave me a whole new appreciation for their products. I’m really grateful for the chance to go on this special tour and it’s something I’ll always remember.

Main good and beautiful thing in this kitchen is clean kitchen from ground flour, making fresh every sweet here and packing systems is also automatically. All departments are seperate and all sweets are making automatic machines for sweets, except motichoor laduu here. Warehouse can be seen here wherein all items keep systematically.

I just got into the potato and peas samosas and they are beyond delicious and high quality, I've been searching for years for a store bought option that would compare to the shops and this is WAYYYYYY BETTER i WONT EVEN LIE lol :p

You did everything needs for safeys why u guys take shoes inside most important cause of contamination
These are big machines and you need steel toes shoes that has a protective reinforcement in the toe which protects the foot from falling objects or compression. So no you can’t remove shoes intact you have to wear protective gear on top. Employee safety matters as well.
Nice factory but I hope they still wear those masks and nets even when there are no visits and cameras..
They do, It was not done just for that day it’s their security and safety protocol that must be followed by every visitor and employee who works at the Brar’s facility.
