💜 Mushroom pan with favorite mushrooms: chanterelles, shiitake, oyster mushrooms on black spaghetti

- Experience the incomparable taste of our delicious mushroom pan with chanterelles, shiitake and oyster mushrooms, served on black spaghetti. A real treat for mushroom lovers, this dish brings the taste of the forest straight to your plate. Easy to prepare and yet sophisticated in taste - perfect for a special dinner!
Ingredients:
250 g chanterelles
250 g oyster mushrooms
250g shiitake mushrooms
2 spring onions
2 cloves of garlic
250 g sour cream
200g black spaghetti
olive oil
Salt
pepper
Parsley, freshly chopped
Preparation: Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the mushrooms: Clean the chanterelles, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut spring onions and garlic: Chop spring onions into rings and garlic finely.
Sauté: Heat olive oil in a large pan. Sauté scallions until golden brown.
Fry mushrooms: Add chanterelles, oyster mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms to the pan and stir-fry until crispy.
Add garlic: Add garlic to the mushrooms and fry briefly.
Prepare the sauce: Add the sour cream to the pan and mix with the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
To serve: Arrange spaghetti on plates. Spread the mushroom pan over the top and sprinkle with parsley.
