@@scarlettlavto be very honest with you, yes! Making music can be pretty complex and the learning curve is steep for everyone. However, I do know people that have successful careers in music without having had any formal training. So you can do it - but it will be hard work!

it's cool that they standartized their look speaking literally we are not personalities - just functions. i believe soyeon logically finished her protesting approach with this theme and the next will be something more lyric & melodic. i percept this mv as big gag and sort of parody.

I think the "Wife" is bit of a Red Herring.
I won't say what I am pretty certain the song is about but I'm pretty sure the person in the song is not actually anyone's wife (Tho' someone wants them to be based on some very appealing skills).
KBS has banned the song for being too racy (at least so I heard).
Soyeon is not only a great songwriter but , as a songwriter myself, I often see her using misdirection in her lyrics to slip things in without being blatant.

I love the concept, but the overall package is kinda LESS giving. It's so contemporary, but if you say it's giving a feminist vibe, let's be mature you guys should think deeper to know what it means. Plus, this type of beat is common to commercial or ad vibes. I am sorry, but I will not put this song as a pre-release. I am hungry for its title track, I'm going to pass this sadly

So many things that are actually lost in translation, especially if one is not a Korean that knows the language very much and knows the phrases they use there. English translation just doesn't really give enough justice to the song and what it's really aiming for.
To make it short, the song is saying that they can do the very things men are looking for in a trad wife but even so they will never be the submissive, innocent and cute type of women Korean men want them to be.
They have to revise the song because of the "sexual" parts that KBS did not like. 😭 It got banned.
