How to find a Roman inscription in Trenčín and what brings Trenčín Castle to life in Slovakia?

Beautiful weather, a short distance from Vsetín and a good train connection decided where we would go on a trip. And since we "travel with the heart", we once again took it upon ourselves to notice things that are not so visible at first glance.
We couldn't miss the Roman inscription, especially since they kindly let us go on at the hotel. The picturesque-looking Peace Square with many cafes and a fountain with an inscription by Marcus Aurelius was also a surprise. Another fountain near the synagogue on Štúrovo náměstí was even more interesting with intermittently gushing water and carp of the waterman Valentýn.
Which is only at Trenčín Castle. There we had fun with the iron statues, but most of all we walked through the pretty well-maintained and relatively extensive grounds of the castle. We were pleased that access to Matthew's Tower was included in the entrance fee of €9 per person, which was required for an individual tour of the area.
To spend a beautiful afternoon in Trenčín, the castle, the castle grounds and the banks of the river Váh are definitely a great choice for both children and adults!

Děkujeme já jo jsme rádi za tvůj komentář. Teď jsme také něco podnikali i když samostatně já na kole, a Kiki s holkama v Itálii. V týdnu by mělo vyjít to kolo na CZcams a zanedlouho také to co pořídila Kiki v Itálii. Tak jsme zvědaví jak se ti to bude líbit pokud mrkneš. Krásné dny ☘️🌳🌲🌞🍀💐
