Sounds great! I will run it by Cyndi and see what she thinks! Our itinerary was splashed on the screen a few times. I think she made it for us to get the best utilization of our time in Paso. Of course, no visit to Paso is complete without going to and experiencing "Sensorio". It was amazing, but did not allow filming. They guard their images with copyrights, so it's a great secret the owners have all to themselves.

I live in Santa Clarita. Recently, every time I saw a brownish colored Newmar I always wondered if that was Mark and Sue. Love the videos.
We did drive back and forth between Valencia Travel Village and Castaic Lake RV a TON of times! Then again,.........motorhomes kind of all look alike!
Next time, be sure to stop at Adelaida! Our daughter works there and their winemaker is a A+! Just up the road from Daou
I will tell Cyndi to add it to our list for next time!
That is a great area. You could do a season of just touring wine areas across the country.

We love Paso Robles! We were there about 10 years ago and will be going back next year. Thanks for the winery tours! We will definitely visit several while we're there. Our favorite winery in Paso Robles is Justin.

Daou winery is one of my favorite places to visit. They also honor Veterans with a discount!!
So far, in all the wine places we have been at,......it was by far the most upscale & fancy. Although I thought Napa Valley had a larger amount of "wow" factor places!

We are really not educated wine drinkers, but Daou really, really did it for us!

Even with our misunderstanding there, we had a great time in Paso Robles. To me, the highlight event in Paso Robles was Sensorio. But their filming copyright warnings on their website told us we couldn't show anything on CZcams, so we chose not to even talk about it.

Love the wine tasting video, well edited. My wife and I just finished the whiskey trail tour in Tennessee and went to Jack Daniels,Dickey and Prichard tours. We stop for the night at your suggestion of the passport america park the double d rv park in Texola Ok, great pro tip, thanks.

Excellent and beautiful video. I don’t know French so looked up shark-cuterie defined as items of clothing to wear while singing Baby Shark. I somehow don’t think that’s what Cindi ordered at the winery.
Cyndi made the whole experience fun, and educational. She was a teacher in California before retiring, so we learned plenty. It makes the whole experience so much more fun,......kind of like a "sport".

I would be lying if I said Sue & I are wine experts or even regular wine drinkers. Sue actually is more of a Margarita girl and I am a Brandy Old Fashioned Sweet guy! We LOVE to go to tastings,.......and we enjoy the change of pace in staying at Harvest Host locations.
Very nice vineyard + winery. I know these on-site winery have fantastic wines, but I have to disagree a little that you can't get wines like that in the stores....but I tell you that you can, if you know what to look for. The grocery and liquor stores have many great wines at quite a bit less that you will get for the same bottle at a winery tasting room. But a nice visual representation of the wineries.

thanks for your video. I've lived in PR for 7 years. Your guide took you to larger vineyards and all these wines can be found in our grocery stores: Cass, Daou, Halter, Tablas, et al. Prices vary. It's the smaller wineries that only sell on site or to their wine clubs. With over 300 wineries in the north county alone, it's hard to get to them all but I hope when you come back you can try some of these hidden gems. Happy travels!

We are thinking that Sue actually got sick from the swimming pool at a campground.
If you take Route 44 east from Redding, Ca. heading to Mt. Lassen. You will find a section that is covered with trees somewhat like you showed in this video. If you go through this area after a cold rain or snow storm and it happens to be at night. You travel into a phantasy land of ice-cycled trees. It is so surreal. I always think of the last time through this area and every year my wife and I wait for a chance to go back, in order to create another last time.
I'm not certain of who thought of drinking rotted grape juice. But in my 86 years on this dirt, I have never tasted a wine, that I enjoyed. So many people have given me a taste of the worlds best wine, only to hear my opinion of the sewer-water. I wish I could enjoy things like others do but tasting nasty things is beyond my understanding.
This is Mark. I am with you on that. I LOVE Hawaiian Punch, Apple Cider, Brandy Old Fashioned Sweets,............or EggNog!

Next week's video will be about a SUPER RV friendly Harvest Host Winery in town called Tobin James! THIS is the place to start ones adventures.
very few of the wineries are RV friendly .. the roads on the west side of the 101 are narrow wit h lots of tuns ..Im sure the freight trucks get there but it'd be another thing to try to find parking for an RV. Many on the east side ( near Robert Hall would be more amenable to RV's) Also the southern are near highway 46 (Vinyard Drive are easy driving) Wineries like Tablas Creek or Austin Hope are near there.

NO! The road to this place is too windy and narrow with no place to park for an RV of ANY size. BUT,..........we thought this place was the best! It is really a must see place when you are in the area.
Been there done that with kenny...did not buy a tee shirt!
That region to me was like Chevy Chase on the movie Vacation lookingat the Grand Canyon!
This place is best saved for last. It is a nice to remember this beautiful area with all these images in your brain!
