Let us not be like the disbelievers who call themselves everything but Muslims. Don't fixate on the unknowns. Moral of story more important than trying to figure out details that does not need to be figured out. Indeed if Allah SWT wanted us to know then we would know. God does not make mistakes.

هُوَ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ مِنْهُ ءَايَـٰتٌۭ مُّحْكَمَـٰتٌ هُنَّ أُمُّ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ وَأُخَرُ مُتَشَـٰبِهَـٰتٌۭ ۖ فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِمْ زَيْغٌۭ فَيَتَّبِعُونَ مَا تَشَـٰبَهَ مِنْهُ ٱبْتِغَآءَ ٱلْفِتْنَةِ وَٱبْتِغَآءَ تَأْوِيلِهِۦ ۗ وَمَا يَعْلَمُ تَأْوِيلَهُۥٓ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ ۗ وَٱلرَّٰسِخُونَ فِى ٱلْعِلْمِ يَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ كُلٌّۭ مِّنْ عِندِ رَبِّنَا ۗ وَمَا يَذَّكَّرُ إِلَّآ أُو۟لُوا۟ ٱلْأَلْبَـٰبِ ٧ He is the One Who has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book, of which some verses are precise-they are the foundation of the Book-while others are elusive.1 Those with deviant hearts follow the elusive verses seeking ˹to spread˺ doubt through their ˹false˺ interpretations-but none grasps their ˹full˺ meaning except Allah. As for those well-grounded in knowledge, they say, “We believe in this ˹Quran˺-it is all from our Lord.” But none will be mindful ˹of this˺ except people of reason.

Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who keeps a dog, will lose out of his good deeds equal to one Qirat every day, except one who keeps it for guarding the fields or the herd."

Allah put healing in all his natural resources resins woods flowers herbs look up what they do for brain health and other benefit skin anti inflammatory and viral and other bacteria ect they all do different things start small and they also have a spiritual side in Islam too. And follow the example of the prophet remember we learn nothing when we are comfortable. Islam is the religion of knowledge. Check safety too yeah to much of anything is no good .

Well I laughed because some people focus and are obsessed with the least important things like he gave an example of the dog in the story of the people of the cave . They want to know more about the dog than the lesson we get from the story.
Same applies to the story of Yusuf as.. people want to know about Zulekha like what happened to her which is irrelevant to us!
