Very nice!! But what happened to the master closet? Now they have a bathroom but where do they put there clothes?
they can easily store clothes in a dresser id rather have a bathroom than a closet space just for the sake of hanging stuff.

The patio doors were a good choice because there are not many bugs in Arkansas.
It’s absolutely beautiful. My only concern is there are no closets and hardly any cabinets in the kitchen. So there’s all this living space without any storage for things to use in the house. Where are they supposed to put their clothes? I didn’t see any dressers either. So if they come with just a suitcase, I guess it will be fine, but if they plan to actually live there, there’s no storage.
All that for a vacation house. Yes, I'm jealous.

Family had a lake home with the clear plexiglass balcony railing and it traps hummingbirds. They die 'cause they can't get out. Just saying.

It looks amazing except for that ugly color on the wood above the concrete counter, it feels out of place it reminds me of the fake wood used in generic apartment complex but other than that house loooks incredible
I’m not from the US, so when I watch these videos it always seems so strange that they have to add the country’s flag to the front of every single house they remodel, what’s up with that?? Is that a requirement? I mean I love my country and everything but we only have our flag displayed, what if the family comes from a different country? Is it acceptable in the States to have another flag displayed in the front of the house? So many questions…
It’s just a patriotic touch! Not a requirement. Pretty common in the south to have flags around the home. Perfectly acceptable to fly other flags instead though! My family heritage is Norwegian and we have a Norwegian flag we fly as well as a Texas flag!

The kitchen island doesn’t work in such a small space. A peninsula would have worked better and given more bench space. The bathrooms are poorly designed with a lot of wasted space. They should have put the toilets elsewhere and they would have had room for a double sink at least in the master. The sliding doors from the living area will be nice for entertaining, but where i live would rarely be opened because of flies and bugs.
