This was good...she modernised their house,make it more classy vibe, much brighter too!! Am not a fan of white kitchen, but she liked it so am happy for her, the kitchen layout is great, the window! Well deserved 👏
I love a white kitchen, except for those annoying small cupboard doors on the uppers. I’d much prefer one solid door. It would be a much cleaner look.
Same opinion here, I prefer a kitchen that has warmth. But a client's demand is the priority so good job to them.
If that closet is a shoebox then my closet is a grain of sand

I would love a “Dave & Jenny” house! I don’t even own a home yet, but I almost want to buy one in their town just to hire them. The designs by Jenny, and solid home construction & woodwork by Dave & their crew is spectacular.
Love the reveal, the house looks beautiful, and it is all in a much more cohesive style.
It always amazes me how much "stuff" Americans seem to have, particularly clothes! Here in the UK where we have a whole lot of people in a tiny island everything is much smaller. My whole house would probably fit into their kitchen, and all my clothes into their broom closet! We don't have big houses generally, so we have much less stuff!

The original closet is small?! 😆😆😆 My granddaughter's bedroom is that big, sheesh!
Ppl need to buy less, get rid of what they dont use and organize better.
For that large of a house and two people to share it was just a little bit cramped.
They made really smart updates and vastly increased their home's value here.
Liked everything except the master bedroom. The previous furniture was classic beauty, but the owners wanted modern and that's what they got. They seemed delighted with the entire reno, and that's what counts.
I prefer the old bed, but oh THAT KITCHEN 😍😍😍

@@debrap947ben and erin often put in flower boxes. I hate a garage facing the street or at least as the focal point, so ugly.
@@seedsoflove7684 Yep, it tends to be the first thing I see when the garage door is almost as big as the rest of the house and it takes away from the beautiful curb appeal, especially in this home.
She is way too short to reach the closet rods. 😢 I think a bit of adjustment is in order. Beautiful bathroom, love the shower tile. Marble floor is pretty slippery when wet. Would have went with something a bit safer. Lot of house for two people. Glad they can afford to make it suit their current situation. It's a great house to begin with in a lakeside location. TFS

All it needed was to paint the kitchen cabinets for $100. The rest looked fine. People have no imagination and lots of money to spend.
Very very beautiful makeover. But the woman is petite and from the closet to the kitchen: everthing is much to high for her. She cannot even get to the hangers in her new built cliset! I know what I am talking, I am her size! So we built the kitchen and vanities etc lower: Its so much more convenient.
I respect them if they thought about resale in not overly customizing. A thought.
