How to do the Ice Climbers Desync Zero to Death Combo Smash Ultimate

In this Smash tutorial I guide you through how to desync with the ice climbers. Since this is a beginners guide I tried to keep it simple and easy to understand with slow-motion gameplay and inputs included on screen. I go over secrets and tricks such as their zero to death combo using grab desync, landing lag desyncs, down smash desyncs, platform separation, and more. These are also known as cheerless, squall, and soymilk desync. I show ways of setting up for combos and various ledge traps like double forward smash at ledge. And ways to intimidate opponents with blizzard shield pressure.

I succesfully hit that 0-death on lvl 9 AI twice. Once against Duck Hunt, the other against Sonic. I felt so proud as i fully mastered that 0-death after spending days in training mode. Now i'm trying to create a 0-death with desynced Blizzard chain.

You can do it without the nair at the start just do pummel, buffed down throw, roll, up angled forward tilt, side b. The rest is the same from there.

the nut (the first "combo" you showed us) isn't really a true combo unless your opponent isn't holding their controller.

I got the desyce neutral to side b but when I grab at the ledge to make nana jump and do forward throw a lot of times she does something else. Am I inputting it at the wrong time?

I wasn't holding the directional input for Nana's roll for long enough, I was just tapping. You can hold it for a longer than expected before the neutral air. See if that helps.

for some reason when i down throw and roll and then neutral air they always like legit always neutral air but i found out that after they both neutral air you can still do side b to desync and still continue the combo

Had that same issue and found out you have to hold the shield and directional input until right before the roll starts then finally hit the neutral air. This makes only Nana roll. After that it's just about getting used to the timing

in what way there are a few ways to set up a fair spike with the best being cheer cancel and the other way is waiting for all end lag to end on a cheer less grab after that hold foward and a and it will most of the time work

Sadly this combo is very untrue as the Squal is sdi’able. The repeat is also not true, this combo can be done at the edge for potential viability though
