After studying the trajectory of great assets like real estate, dividend paying stock of blue chip companies, gold etc. My conclusion is most assets don't come down to the price that you want them to so you can buy. Just buy the ones you can afford today

The calculation was based on investing consistently, every month for 35 years and earning 10% per year. Ensuring that you reinvest all your earnings. If you are consistent you'll get there. The investment options can be varied.
