  • Getting older is hard, and trying to come out of your shell to become a podcaster, CZcamsr, and a public figure is not easy. To be guided by your principles instead of just rolling over like most is hard. To be guided by your passion and determination, and to start a brand and platform celebrating and advocating for the working class and regular people is difficult. Regular folks are undervalued and underrepresented today. So, yesterday's podcast was ok, but I feel like I didn't quite explain myself well enough, and today I probably explained myself a little too well, because it takes time to explain a lifetime of experiences that shapes your belief system!
So, today, having found my words, I go into much greater detail about my thoughts on Capitalism, jobs, freedom, and finding comfort and security in a world that often doesn't advocate for regular people. Yesterday's podcast was well intentioned, I think it came off sincere and honest, but maybe it was just a little bit light on explanation. When you're trying to say complex big things, and do so in a way that's fun, likeable, and timely, it's a difficult thing to balance. So today, for those who like long, intellectual, substantive conversations about life and satisfying your soul, this is for you. For those who bore easily, maybe not so much.
Here at the Bryar Patch, we're trying to be advocates for regular working people in a way that's fun, down to earth, and easy to understand. But not a lot of people have been down in it out there in careerism for as long as I have, or have had as many setbacks and hardships as I have. I've seen capitalism's empty promises and ugly two-faced ways. At 50, I've grown much more disillusioned by capitalism because it doesn't advocate or work for regular people enough. But more than that, it tends to kill people's happiness and spirit, their sense of freedom and power over their own lives, and often just rewards the wrong behaviors and values.
Instead of this world enriching peoples lives and creating a more kind and balanced society, people have become lifelong subservient captors in a harsh system that oftentimes no longer helps shape our culture into our own image and good values. Here, I try to speak about life and our culture and society at length, so you can see that when we work together we can shape the kind of positive and effective society we want. When we do little to nothing, we end up with little to nothing, which is close to what we have now.
Garbage in garbage out, our society is only as awesome as we shape and nurture it to be. I'm not negative, I'm actually a quite positive person, just that, as a realist and dreamer, I understand deeply that we can produce better results and attitudes than this for regular working class people. Because at the end of the day, we are only as good as our values and our ability to live true to those values, instead of adhering to the harsh corporate robotic reality we have today.

Friday After Next. Money Mike played by Katt Williams said one of the greatest quotes of all time.
“You can lead a Ho to water, but you can’t make her think” one of my favorite hobbies is finding truth hidden in jest.
