Exodia is higher skill than empty jar trash. Thats why cards involved in empty jar were BANNED. But exodia was never banned

Not really, a single handtrap kills this strategy and youre guaranteeing your opponent will draw it with jar. Chances you pull this off is like 1/50 games but when u do it feels good xD.
primineral is the biggest meta deck
I lost to a similar strat and I actually felt good seeing something different for once. I even saved the match and copied the opponent's deck for sure.

As someone who loves mill decks, there is a certain satisfaction to be had seeing a whole deck be shredded in one turn
after all of the meta decks i'm forced to 1 turn ff 90% of the time... if someone did that to me...
i would not be mad in the slightest, i would ask for their address, order them an extra large cheese pizza, send them a valentines day gift card with a message that says 'ggwp'

Fun fact - I got hit with empty jar in a goat duel on ygopro and had this exact same feeling! Also, he got super lucky with that second cup of ace!
Yea i run this deck but in order for it to be more consistent you need to play more level 4 monsters and a lot of xyz that can flip up and down. This deck that heâs running is kinda brickey for sure.

@djrocuall you can play it with Subterror Guru an Subterror Final Battle along with Junk Sleep
@@carriestovall8687 itâs not really ideal to play with sub terror since you can only do that flip down one time and you need to normal summon both cards in a turn or search one or the other.itâs better to play instant fusion and invoked raidjin if you want that flip down. Also final battle doesnât work on morphing jar because it isnât a sub terror monster.

Lmao, no it wasn't. Giving TeleDAD cards in grave isn't a great idea. It just wasn't that good during the time.

This video reminded me of how my 1st SR pull was of Pot of the Forbidden, which is just morphing jar, but as a 2 tribute (if I recall right) boss monster that instead can choose from 3 different effects when flipped instead.
I remember playing this deck back in the early days and it being unbeatable, I'm suprised it still works.

I saw no hand traps at all from the opponent so I can't really feel all that bad for this particular win.
Only Veiler works, Ashe effect activates to when you draw or search, the effect from morphing is Discard both hands, and as follow-up both draw 5, because the first part is discarded, Ashe will be sent to the GY before could answer.
@@Gradashy Have you never played Dark Worlds??? Both the discard and draw are the effect, so Ash definitely works
They do the same at the same time, this is why they avoid miss timing, morphing jar can force miss time alone.

@@ryleynadhir4685 Morphing Jar uses a then clause which is why you can't Ash it. The discards happen first THEN AFTER discarding, you and the opponent draw 5 cards.

If you're talking about Cup of Ace, I think either result is winning the coin flip for this deck. The goal is to deck your opponent out, so if you make them draw, they deck out quicker. If you draw, you have more cards at your disposal to use against your opponent

Maxx C does nothing
Nibiru does nothing
Graveyard types like crow and Belle do nothing
Ash can stop it once, but this strategy can more than likely continue the combo with the amount of books it has
Pretty sure Imperm and Veiler lose effect once Jar is flipped face down
I think the only ones that can beat this are Droll and Gamma, and I think those are less common

stopping jar once is likely gonna be enough if the emptyjar player doesn't draw an absolutely cracked hand off of the first two jars.
Crow can also just completely stop this deck if you hit an a/d changer if it's their last way to flip face-up
running 3 ash would most likely be enough to completely stop this deck dead in its tracks

I had myself a duel similar to this. I run Runicks with my morphing jar, and when my opponent took control of my Morphing Jar, i simply activated Book of Eclipse and entered the End Phase. Weird thing, really, because at the end phase Book of Eclipse would flip him back face up, allowing me to top deck another Book of Eclipse and 4 Runick Quickplay spells

Classic empty jar. I remember I was playing blind go second megalith and managed to halfway through combo enough to break his jar Strat. Is one of my fave games to date.

this is incomprehensible for someone not into Yugioh. I asked myself at the 50 second mark "is this fun?" Probably for the person doing the combo, but stuff like this is a constant reminder as to why Yugioh seems to always be a 3rd rate card game with 4th rate duelists!!
