To fluff dry the hair it should not be over dried before but just damp?..

Is there a reason for knots forming while drying/brushing? Like they all of a sudden appear.

Most often, these tangles occur from multi directional HV blow drying. They are generally easy to detangle, especially if you fluff finish while brushing, then combing, as shown in the video.
