He has also built one of the biggest real estate Developments in Accra, Ghana. Very attention to detailed, like the fact that he emphasised that I’m an African man made, He knows his jobs very well, he’s very well informed and researched, he invested in himself and in his country and a little kick by his girl friend helped along the way. Always focus on your journey, it may not work immediately but you have to trust the journey.

Well done Tayo! Nice one, but! He made some dangerous comments about by passing professionals! Hmm! Nigeria just witnessed the result of this pattern on Nov.1 at Ikoyi, where a 21 storey building collapsed because, from information gathered, the client by passed professionals at some points. The late client also was a very successful Property developer. The truth is the higher we go in business, the more consultants we need!
He didn't say he by passed professionals, he said in order to cut cost as a beginner, you need to first of all work under other developers in order to LEARN different professions in the industry.
@@anafosimon2223 No, a developer CAN'T train you in the field of Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Operations! No matter how many years you spend under a developer! What one needs is a good team of professionals! I only hope he did not offend any of them while pursuing his dreams!
@@ericdinks7082 No, his field is not construction! Listen to him very well! As a developer, you just need a good team of professionals! By passing professionals or cheating them is not cutting cost but short changing yourself because time will tell!

Very good job I would like to do the same in my country particulary in Abidjan , I am note broke but I don't have the money to begin or get a loan , the banking system is too shy and practice huge interest rates in Africa so it is difficult to initiate real estate projects.
