I Love that U wash things off! I do too. Hot water as much as possible because my bro a termitepest co.owner says hot can kill bed bugs should there be any
Love how you included your mistakes and fears in here and how you fixed them! That’s the reality of DIY! You’re constantly ruining and fixing! They came out beautiful!
My favorite part of your work is that you show everything especially the rethinking mid project and seamlessly roll with it to find a new right answer for the problem at hand. Best furniture make over series ever!!! Glad to have found your content.
That green was gorgeous. FYI, mineral spirits is paint thinner that’s been a bit more refined. There’s nothing wrong with your use of it, but it does cost more.
Your knowledge of underlying composition and what finishes to use on them is impressive. Every upgrade you do is beautiful, regardless of what it took to get there. Kudos.
You had me worried with the coffee table top. I'm so glad with what you did in the end. Think of what some people pay for a table as beautiful as yours.
The natural wood top looks great. Not crazy about either color. But they aren’t mine and since I have no place to put them I can’t buy them so it doesn’t matter!!
Hate the paint color, but LOVED the detailed sanding skill and safety equipment use!👏👏 Perfect example of "I may not like your style but I cab respect your technique."❤
What I like about this story is you kept going. ❤ Multiple things you did ending up not being right to your liking and you simply changed them and kept going. 😍😘
Every time a new restoring video comes on my feed, I usually get scared they’ll ruin it. But you definitely don’t! I love how you restore stuff to their original looks but sometimes with a little flair :) keep it up
Hey Katie, I saw the full video yesterday and wanted to ask: I’ve read that one hour enamel paint can’t work with shellac based primer (only with their dedicated primer) but your finish was so flawless! Have you encountered any problems? Do you think it’s a good idea to paint my kitchen cabinets with one hour enamel? The colours are speaking to me! Also, please tell us how they’re holding up! So excited to see you working with that paint because I couldn’t find reviews easily! Thank you in advance!🌺
This was my first time using the OHE. I did read that they don’t recommend a shellac primer because it might cause the paint to crackle but that’s true of any paint if you don’t let the shellac dry properly. I didn’t have any issues with this but you could always use a different adhesion primer if you we’re concerned.
As a rule, I am a wood consumer. I love natural colors. That being said I have 2 things to say. 1. You did a good job job on those end tables and the coffee table. 2. Koodos to you proving that "One man's trash is another man's treasure. I hope you sold them for the cost of fixing them. Bravo you.❤
I love how you added “relax! their laminate” 🤣 like you already know people are coming for you!!

Glad you left the top the natural color, it’s beautiful. ❤
Yeah, I like the natural color the most.
I am also, not sure why but it’s pretty wood 🪵 and it looks nice. I usually am one color, consistent but the top WOOD and dark is Great look!
I personally 💚 green ☺️ Gave it character!

Nicely done. Love the contrast and the chosen color.

Great tip on the laminate...prime with clear shellac!
That last table is GORGEOUS. Love the contrast! Almost looks like cast iron legs 🤤
Your knowledge of underlying composition and what finishes to use on them is impressive. Every upgrade you do is beautiful, regardless of what it took to get there. Kudos.
That is so neat that these were found separately but look like they are a 3 piece set.
You had me worried with the coffee table top. I'm so glad with what you did in the end. Think of what some people pay for a table as beautiful as yours.

This is SO Pretty
Beautiful color choice!
Com o verniz já está lindo, a cor da Madeira ficou top, muito melhor do que toda verde.
I really liked the Green, for me the other colour looks dirty/grubby, I’d go back to the first one.
Muito lindo o trabalho. Parabéns 😍

They turned out beautiful! Great work!
Its awesome that you show that there are mishaps along the way, but you just have to be calm and collect yourself
Gorgeous!!!
I would like all three tops matching I always prefer natural wood stain. Good job. Sweetie.
You can’t stain plastic to match natural wood 🤷🏻♀️
They look SOO GOOD!!🤯
After all that, they ended up stunning in my opinion! Great Job ❤
Gorgeous!
Such beautiful work!!!❤❤❤
They look awesome.
