Hard not to believe when the research and science proves it beyond a shadow of doubt or random claims of possible sightings quickly ridiculed or discredited by non-believers who demand definitive proof. Well, there actually is definitive proof and choosing to not believe is choosing to create one's own false reality. I'd rather be aware of the reality around me regardless of how scary, confusing, or unimaginative it may be so that I can be properly prepared.

Sasquash will hear someone coming from a long way off.And can probably smell things like after shave on a face or the smell of laundry detergent on cloths.Oil used to clean a gun. Many different animals can smell things not for a long distance.I had a black bear where I live in Montana.Peel down my truck window frame bending the door just because of a old chewed piece of gum in my ash tray.So I believe a Sasquash has much more sensitive senses then a human. And the sound of a 2 legged person walking in the woods .Sounds much different then a 4 legged one. Be a great animal to see up close if possible without someone feeling the need to kill one.It was great when the hunter said there are no more around for miles. Then they get surrounded.Great movie.

I'm an avid Bigfooter and I have never heard of any facts in relation to this movie or any story. There was a couple of stories around the 1800's of hunting parties being totally wiped out by Bigfoots. Dismembered bodies and even rifles bent in half, bodies slammed against tree's. A miner shot one and later that night a group of Bigfoots attacked their cabin. So far, in my own experiences, they have been benign. I've seen two, seen tracks, been paralleled, heard wood knocks, heard a rock once bounce off tree's and land in the creek after hearing what sounded like a buck snort at 11 pm. I had a rock almost hit me. Heard a boulder once, heavy foot falls, and was paralleled one night out in the country at 2:30 am. Yet, my wife and I, who's been with me and seen 2 herself, have never been injured. My 1st was in Canyon City Oregon and hers was near Austin Junction Oregon. We both seen our second one at Boiling Springs Campground in Idaho. We had experiences in Oregon, Idaho, and I the one time in Maine. We actually went back to sleep after listening to wood knocks from three different directions at about 2-3 am at Willow Creek Campground in Idaho. Coming from the mountain sides surrounding the area. They are not rare, just illusive! Their eyes glow white or red and sometimes blue without shining a light on them. They are definitely mysterious creatures. No one has ever produced a dead Bigfoot, despite a few claims of them being killed or shot. I've got family and friends with their own experiences and encounters and some have seen more than 3. There are thousands of sightings from the United States to China, Vietnam, Australia, Nepal, Bhutan, Russia, India, Canada, England, Europe, and South America.

Low budget? Yes, but it was worth a watch! You have to watch some of these films with a certain frame of mind. This was done on a low or no budget and if you have been a sasquatch enthusiast as I have for about 40 years(since I was 11) then you know at least these guys have an idea of the lore and habits of these beasts according to what the researchers say. Worth a watch, especially in Halloween season. I wonder if the people who make these films ever save any props, such as the walking stick the guy uses etc? You never know what film will become a cult classic and if you see what some of the props go for these days even for minor cult classics..whew.

No animal or monkey can do that, so he has alien abilities and supernatural abilities, including being able to talk to humans telepathically if he wants to!

I could actually see the entire imprint in the soil. Maybe 2-3" deep. Long toe nails. About 9 months later I took my dog out back, English Springer spaniel, not afraid of cougar, bear, etc.... We were on the back steps outside our trailer, about 3 feet off the ground, the creature standing near the oak tree about 30 yards from me on two feet was at least 7-8' tall. Its eyes glowed red. my dog for the first time in his life was scared and bounded toward the back door to be let in. It was not a bear, not a deer,

He talked about all the people who didn't believe him & all the things he'd lost. Ironically, he lost EVERYTHING b/c of his obsession w/ proving the skeptics wrong. It wasn't because people treated him badly that he lost his job, etc. It was because he was so obsessed with proving bigfoot's existence that he didn't care about anything else, including the lives of his "friends".

Better than most of its genre. Lacking budget they didn't try to show the monsters, the characters although one was exaggerated they weren't as cartoon like as most in Bigfoot movies. Although the academic who loses his job was a little over the top. They also didn't wildly exaggerate the creatures behaviour's. Every thing shown has at some time and place in the history of Bigfoot reports been witnessed, albeit not all in north america. In fact when the movie started I thought it might be about the Yowee because of the accents. This makes fewer mistakes than most, I would say its one of the better ones of its kind.

I personally have had 2 experiences concerning Bigfoot. I
was hiking with a girlfriend in the woods in Mill City Oregon in 1976 and found that "The Old Man of the Woods" was keeping track of us and my Border Collie. My dog became very protective and had her hackles up, growling softly. We decided to head back to my car and when we got there saw lot's of Bigfoot tracks all around my car. It was a rainy day, hey it's Oregon, right! and a massive hand print on my windshield. We were pretty frightened by then and when we were getting into the car we heard a loud "whoop, whoop. Then what we didn't know at that time, we than heard VERY LOUD tree knocks! Glad my 5 year old daughter was not with us! The next story took place in Gates Oregon, a few miles up the road, Our friends had property down in a hollow but next to the river with mountains in their backyard. They always put up a deer fence around the garden, which is usually 6 to 8 feet tall. One night(full moon) they heard loud noises around where the garden was, peeked out the window and there "He" was literally steeping over the fence with carrots in his hand. They invited us over the next night just in case BF came back to eat more veggies. And sure enough there he was again! I have had other instances since, but those are the stories that always come to mind.

On our Reservation, NV/ID. I was tld about Bigfoot by a couple of medicine men, they're not known as animals or creatures but are relatives of Native, Indigenous Ppl n hv lived amongst our ancestors many yrs ago, they were taught to respect them n to leave them alone, they're the keepers of the forests n lands just as our ancestors were before the lands were invaded n overtaken, before they were massacred. A relative who's an ex BIA cop had shared a couple of his own experiences with two BF. One had crossed in front of the police car while patrolling near our home on a dirt road to a nearby lake. The other had jumped onto the hood of the car crossing to the other side. Yrs ago a cousin n her classmates had seen one on the mtn side not too far from the town as they were out on the playground, she said that it was huge just standing watching them. Another person was an ex coworker who'd been jogging on the road in the mtn when she had heard one nearby, it was the last time she went to the mtn. Another person had watched one cross a hwy carrying a deer carcass over its shoulder. There's a few more other times ppl had seen them. In 1980 in AZ I was hiking in the mtn with my son's dad when we had heard the loudest scream, yell, growl in one. I think it had followed us bc he had shot off a gun a number of times, we heard it nearby as we were making our way off of the mtn top. It was terrifying, we'd never heard anything like it before. We heard it twice, the 2nd time was about 10 seconds after the first time which sounded a lot closer n louder, we ran to his house which was about half of a mile from the mtn. Soon afterwards ppl in his community had shared how they'd seen BF peeking thru their windows n wud dig up their buried pets. keepers of the forests n lands. I believe that the day we had heard it, it felt threatened by the gunshots warning us to leave bc if it had meant to harm us, it would've. Why is it so important to find proof of their existence, if their existence was proven to be, they'd probably be a threat to the gov't if they were to be put on the endangered species list. Most of the forests hv already been demolished bc of logging companies, the trees used for paper products, etc, which is a threat bc it's their territories, homelands. They'd be sought after n killed, if they can be caught. All animal life has a spirit, soul created by God n has just as much right to live as man does. Prayers for all during these hard times of the Covid 19 virus, keep safe n protected. It's unfortunate how some ppl aren't taking it seriously still gathering in groups out in public places n probably won't until they're infected themselves, ur families lives aren't worth taking negative risks. God bless all*

Man, that was petrifying. I don't think I'll ever sleep a full night again. It reminded me of my CLOSE ENCOUNTER OF THE SIXTH KIND. It all took place in Southeastern Ohio. A few years ago I was camping in an area close to Bigfoot territory in Ohio near Salt Fork State Park. It was late at night and I had a fire going and was sitting by it reading a book and drinking a beer. Around 11:00 p.m. I heard a strange rustling in the trees behind my tent. Then I heard low guttural growls. I stood up, turned around and as I did a huge hairy creature emerged from the woods not more that 25 feet from me. It stood 8 feet tall and had to weigh in excess of 450 pounds. I stood motionless not knowing what to do when the creature began dictating the narrative. It slowly lifted its right hand and pointed to the beer I was holding in my hand. I immediately realized the beast wanted a COLD beer. And why not? It was at least 85 degrees and so humid you could cut the air with a knife. I popped a brewsky and gave it to him and motioned for him to come sit by my fire. He capitulated and as we sat by the fire I lit a cigarette. He instantaneously became agitated and started motioning to my mouth and then to his mouth. Damn, the Dude wanted a smoke. So I lit one for Bfoot and we continued socializing, drinking our beer and having a few smokes. Eventually Bfoot's eyelids began to droop. The beer was making him sleepy. He arose, waved goodbye and walked away, whistling as he disappeared into the woods. I haven't encountered the creature again, but after that I never went into the woods without my Bud Light and a carton of Marlboros. Hopefully I'll meet the Big Guy again with his wife and children. If so, I hope the kids are at least 21. No way I'm doing time for serving minors.

Maybe so for Halloween but i dont know hardly anyone who would step out in the hills here in western NC, donning a bigfoot suit....That would be suicide for sure and equal to putting a target on your back. Places people have seen these things, there is no way one would be out that far in a suit. I think many city folk forget just how much wilderness we have in North America. People who live in cities get pretty constrained in that "bubble" of a life and forget there are still many unexplored areas all over America and beyond, so much so that many places humans havent stepped foot on (in centuries)
