Hiking and Mountain Biking at Blue Mountain Natural Area

Take a ride with me on the mountain bike and hiking trails at Blue Mountain Natural Area west of Little Rock, AR. Blue Mountain is the third and final peak in the Maumelle Pinnacles chain of mountain peaks that somewhat marks the eastern gateway to the Ouachita Mountains. As of 2023, it is the latest development by the Nature Conservancy and connects to their other park, Rattlesnake Ridge. In this ride - filmed in late September, 2023 - I hit parts of all 3 trails at Blue Mountain to give you a look at what to expect there. i saw dome life said they were dissapointed it didnt go up the actual mountain, but if you go close to rattlesnake it has to be awesome

@beotchslayer2000 Yeah, I was a little disappointed in that as well. From just a hiking standpoint, I would much rather hike Rattlesnake. But for mountain biking, I like this spot a little better. Doesn't quite have the Rattlesnake views, but it's a very pretty area

Yeah, round-trip it would be around 6 or 6.5.
