- Max Verstappen is the youngest Formula 1 driver of all times. The boy from Netherlands is ready to debut in his first Formula 1 race at age of 17, after being signed as official Formula 1 driver by Red Bull. He will drive in the minor team of the energy drink company, the Scuderia Toro Rosso. Max Verstappen will shine on track in front of the eyes of his dad, Jos Verstappen. Super Max Verstappen will protagonize some of the top, memorable and magic moments of the 2015 F1 season.

This kid is fearless and even tho the other F1 drivers won't admit it they all fear having Verstappen in their mirrors.... For me he is the most exciting driver to watch
He's the most exciting thing in F1 since the days of Senna and Mansell.
Idk why they won't admit it. Verstappen is the best driver on the grid, period. Put them all in equal cars and he wins the title.

Paul Boyle I mean to be fari everyone was scared when they saw 2016-2018 era Verstappen in their mirrors as his driving was dangerous. Now they don’t really fear him in their back mirrors because he’s always in front. Only ones that are able to see him in their mirrors are the Mercs

Its so crazy that this is his rookie season in a toro rosso mid car , and he shows instantly that he could scored points in his first race but the car had problems , also breaking record of becoming the youngest f1 point scorer them fighting with alonso with the legenday line GP2 ENGINE , beating his team mate carlos and saying NO , fighting with ferraris and also almost 2 podiums , THATS CRAZY
He also beat red bull 1 time at least lol

I wasn't a big fan of Max when he came into the sport but now that he has a few seasons under his belt he has really matured. Honestly one of my favorite drivers on the grid and hes showing his talent, he made Gasly look like a scrub and he isn't a slow driver.

Every interview after the race you notice how excited he is. He really enjoys racing. And today, it's still the love of racing in F1 that drives him to get the very best out of the car and himself. He deserves to be WDC 2021. 🏆

I cant understand it. How a super Young driver that only raced in F3 (and not much) can be so good in his rookie season in F1. The lack of experience and the big jump between F3 and F1 couldnt stop him.

Me too, everyone gives max a hard time I know he’s got some die hard fans as well. If he was ever to leave us one day I know everyone’s would be upset I think they should cut him some slack he’s really matured. A 17 year old can only be so mature
I mean he his dad was an ex formula one driver. I'm sure he had connections, money and experience so its not that surprising. Not to diminish his talent but there are probably hundreds of incredibly talented kids that we'll never know about (I'm not a hamilton fan but he's a prime example) because the sport is so inaccessible and elitist.
You almost forget he was only 17 at the time, what a debut season. He even had a couple of dnf in the points where his car let him down. Amazing footage tnx for this..

Max was ahead, got pushed off by Jensen (while Max was in his right to have the road, as he was a ahead), Jensen was ahead for less than a second and then Max has to give the position back. What the hell.

he's a pioneer for every young talent looking to get something done in f1. He ended the taboo on rookies in a spectacular way and he should never be forgotten for that. Yes he took risks early in his career, yes it some times ended in tears. But in the end all that is just a testament to this guy's character and attitude. Never change Max

I have to say. Max has never shown worry or fear. Is like an attacking robot. Lacks a bit of sportsmanship. The competition of a lion. Great professional. An amazing driver. Most F1 would give you the lead way in certain situations. While Max is focused on the inches you gave him to pass you. Great video 😎
Nothing wrong with his sportsmanship, the Checo thing didn't matter in the end and we will not know what really happend between the two, Max is just a great guy, good karma, F1 driver do respect him and he can go along with al his previous team mates... Since Lewis is not in the picture anymore he is absolutely flawless...Something Lewis did not achieve in his dominant years...Pure perfection is what we are seeing at the moment and hope it will continue until the end of the season, something we probably will never witness again in our lives. Vettel is for certain watching Zandvoort this month!

I didn't like Max at first, but Max did resemble the older generation drivers: aggressive, fiesty, never give up attitude which made me appreciate him much more compare to the new generation drivers which just care the personal image, looks, social media and stuff. One of a kind in the new generation. I hope to see Max continuing to grow. Max really remind me of the young Senna.
A pilot as talented as Verstappen only happens once every generation!

So sad to see his first four race was beyond his control, even though he showed the potential of scoring points at that race. Nevertheless, kudos Max for not giving up! Hope 2021 championship belongs to you. You really deserve it!

Experienced drivers say: You cannot overtake in Monaco
Rookie does: 6:38
No-one says that, especially not experienced drivers. Kimi once overtook 3 guys in 2 laps in 2013.
You can but It's very difficult. But verstappen overtake on maldonaldo was not realy a classic overtake because maldonaldo was gradualy losing his brakes. So thats why he brake so erly at sainte devote.
Maldonado is always tricky to overtake.
Especially Monaco.
