2 Unripe Plantains
½ Onion
¼ Cup Ground Njangsang
3 maggi Cubes
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Contry Onion
½ Tsp Whitepepper
1 tsp Blackpepper
2 tbsp Ginger / Garlic paste
2 tsp Cameroon Pepper(If you want it spicy)
