Although I don't PERSONALLY use or recommend this, Forrest recommends this for their blades as well. With an high ATB blade there is less burning because the amount of time the tips spends in the wood is reduced (thereby reducing heat build up), and there is less tearout (assuming your blade is sharp) because the angle at which the TIP of the carbide shears the wood instead of the side of the carbide.
The tiktoker seen on this video will change his attitude when he sees an amputated hand after someone uses this technique while not fully understanding it.
Very true. If someone is using a table saw without proper instruction it could end badly. Probably the reason about 10 people a day are treated for accidents on table saws. They go to Lowe’s and pick one up with no knowledge.
