I love the groove oriented riffs in this song...its very similar to something Soilwork would come up with...in fact the main riff reminds me of "deliverance is mine" by Soilwork...thats always a plus.

Amad Danial Picture the guitar solo at the end. You're in a predominantly black band house in the early 1900's. Cigars are lit, people are dancing on the dance floor, everybody's laughing, and then you got the cool brotha breaking out that solo and it hits the soul! Makes anybody wanna dance, especially white folks(whitey, like me) Who use to think blues was the devils music. Just what I picture in my head when I hear it. Hahaha

I really like this track! I was against this album at first but I am really enjoying it minus 2 or 3 songs. Drift/Augment was my shit though.
The chorus and lyrics are very reminiscent of Jamie's elsewhere "they said a storm was coming" album

@@landennl16 I have another dream tour with Sylar in it and i tried doing a more cohesive listing of bands. All those bands are heavier than Sylar and way more scream oriented. Sylar I love but most people dont. been to many concerts where they are the supporting act and i just here complaints.

In their interviews they said ud like the new album if u liked drift and that they are similar but neons lyrics were darker I personally think neon sounds way different than drift
joe Ozer how is this Jesse’s fault? his vocals add a great layer to the songs. it sounds great.
my personal opinion is that jesse overuses the high, shrill part of his voice way too often
he has a unique voice, but i feel it would be best to use his upper register to emphasize intense moments in the song as opposed to using it all the time. i think his vocals were used really well in ghost of nothing, for instance
still, overall i enjoyed this song. as a whole this album is far better than drift imo; it has more technicality and dense melodies
