I am engineer at Mercedes Benz Headquarters Germany. I drove different Mercedes Benz EQE 53 4MATIC+ AMGs
Not every car has the massage seat option even though they were the same badge. So probably its optional, not standard for E class I suppose.
Also the passenger screen was common among all the EQE 53 4MATIC+ AMGs. I guess because it was AMG, so it had that screen. That means, its not for the S class only.
That Fake Sound depends on the driving mode you select. Also it can be customized.
Brakes, I'm not sure, but should be able to change it to normal braking from that regenerative braking (which feels different)

This Car and other mercedes electrics cars have already been flopped in westerner market.
Where you can find and EQS which is Basically an electric S class, For as low as $48000.
that's 50% value lost in just one year as the car was more than a $100,000 New.
Pakwheel has lost its integrity.
