Not to nitpick too much. Strength and dexterity are different. Strength encourages people to muscle their instrument. You're Austrian am I correct? No problem.
So one important tip I'm leaving with is that the index finger always mutes everything(unless palm muted) wether its used to play or not. That's a constant at all times, it seems, at least for you and the way you teach it.
The way I learned it is using the left hand to mute the higher strings, and the picking hand to mute the lower ones.
this is the exact workout I've needed for the AM. sip coffee in one hand, practice guitar in the other. PERFECT!!!

Selective picking licks help with this too. I noticed how much more accurate I had to be with my fretting hand when I started working on selective picking. And you really need to hammer the notes you don’t pick. These exercises are great with zero picking. Thanks!

My pinky loves becoming an antenna like it's looking for a signal from space. It refuses to stay low. Even that spider routine is no match for my undisciplined pinky🤷♂️😂
I try doing 3 note per string scales this way. I saw a video of Guthrie Govan playing his guitar with just his left hand while having coffee and got inspired to try it. I've gotten semi-decent at it, but now my right hand is lagging a little :s
