I have to disagree. He may have been in the Latin business for a long time, but she is one of the greatest performers of our generation. They were trying to create a "live Latin show". Marc is looking at as a vocalist, J.Lo is looking at it as a performer, and Jamie was looking at it as a performer as well since he is a creative director. Marc has great input, but performing wise he's no Jennifer Lopez and that's where they differ.

No I just think it must be frustrating for him who is a real solidified musician and works with the most top musicians in Latin music to have to try to explain to people that have no fucking clue but I think they have a fucking clue about music and I don’t blame him for getting upset because that must be frustrating as hell especially if you’re trying to put a top level show together

spanish guitar is A MUST on mexican musica, cuban music, colombian music.... tango is just accordion. latinos or north american maybe can dance just like anyone, but are NOT conscious of how important is spanish guitar on the basis of western music genres.

Flamenco is danced in all the world. This is a very sensual and popular dance. Salsa too. But flamenco is a Spanish music, and salsa - Latin American.
