The easiest way to make sure an avocado's ripe is by color and firmness. u want the avocado to be a nice black color, not green nor dry-looking. Also, you have to make sure it's not too firm but also not too soft - it has to be somewhat in the middle. If ur still not sure, look for the 'mini-stem' that some avocados have. If u can take it off easily, it means it's ready 😉 happy cooking, guys!
