EMT here - Kanye is manic/psychotic, regardless of his team. When he speaks on being 'exhausted' and 'held' - 72 hours without sleep causes permanent, irreversible psychosis to the human brain. You have to be 51/50'd so you are induced with drugs/able to sleep again. He would've ended up more brain dead, less able to function in the long run. This is procedure for everyone who's gone without sleep for 72 hours. You are STARVING and k*lling your brain. Literally.
