1990 Mercedes 300D Turbo Diesel Engine Vacuum System

Putting together the engine vacuum system via schematic of a 1990 Mercedes 300D. Direction of vacuum pump to vacuum pump amplifier. Direction of vacuum reservoir. Vacuum Transducer output. Vacuum actuators to transducers to vacuum reservoir.

My hero. Ive been working on cars as long as I could hold a wrench and still these vacuum systems can be tricky. I got 3 gears shift very smoothly but 4th gear feels like its gonna break :P Thanks for posting these. Ill be sure to buy your kits and manual as soon as possible.

have same problem here!!! have a 1992 250D with completely broken system....would be very, very, very nice if you could sent us the schematics of the vacuum system :) also have shift problems and lot more...

kinda boring..shaky, BUT cool video....anything to help learn the Vac. system.... gotta know! thanks for posting.... put a link of the diagram so we can see it, print it out...thanks!
