Her guitar work is seriously underrated, the inner chord movement while fingerpicking with the high gain would make just one flub stand out like a sore thumb. Her performing is authentic and like the Grateful Dead it is never the same during her shows, just vibes and mutates according to the feeling, Phenomenal talented songwriter and musician

Nice reaction... and welcome to the world of Eivør.
A small warning with Eivør. She is not bound by expectations of style and genre. You will find songs ranging from jazz to Nordic folk to electronica. Just about the only thing you will not find is bad music 😊
If you want to continue along the Kate Bush track then I would recommend her song boxes.
Start with “Eivør - Boxes. Live recording 2012” and then maybe continue with the same song as a jazzy artsy…. something… (Eivør Pálsdóttir & Arve Henriksen - BOXES). She actually also has a cover of the Kate Bush song (Eivør - Hounds Of Love)
If you like her guitar playing then “Eivør - True Love | Sofar Los Angeles” or “Eivor - Wake Me Up // RTT”
If you want a showcase of her vocal talents then “Eivør Pálsdóttir: Tròdlabùndin (Trøllabundin) - 10.08.13” is pretty spectacular (This is probably the most reacted to song of hers). This song is Nordic folk.
But basically pick anything. She is one of the few artists where the live recordings are consistently better than her studio recordings.

If True Love/Sofar Los Angeles, and especially Wake me up// RTT doesn’t showcase her vocal range I don’t know what does😂 Stubbe Hviid, I think you mix up her voice and the Strat in the end of Wake me up. That is her needle voice running the show, which will put any weell tuned Fender to rest easily!

I disagree. Making the comparison is a great way to invite people into a new world if they are Kate Bush fans. You are probably more sensitive to this than Eivør herself as she's honored Kate Bush by doing a cover of one of her songs. Making a comparison doesn't take away from what Eivør does. I never said she was better or worse that Kate Bush so I am unapologetic regarding my comparison.
