- Ya...Seems like no matter what i do or change on the belt... It Likes to Slip... "When it Wants too.."
But then it will be good for 1/2 the yard... Not sure what's up with it LOL!..
MAYBE... The Belt Size is just Too Long.... As i matched it up with the old ones...
I Thought maybe Snow gets on the Belt... But Now i am thinking that is not the case...

Those are Sharp Tailed grouse, and yes we referred to them as “prairie chickens”. There is a season for them every fall. Fantastic tasting. Used to pluck them; careful the skin is very delicate, then bread them and deep fry them. All dark meat. Best flavoured upland game bird bar none. Southern Saskatchewan and Manitoba resident. Thanks for posting this and taking me back 50 years on memory lane.
about 10 years ago we get 50 or so of them each season between the people i was hunting with , others years we are lucky to see 2-3 of them all hunting season.
Seems like every 3 years they come out LOL!. I stopped shooting or hunting them about 8 years ago as it was not worth the price of the licence to only get a few.
Hey a video is a video just glad to see one thanks
Ya.. Not much going on ,Working crazy hours and not much time to do anything LOL!
To bad your old man poped his Mustang....The bolens did good in the snow.....CHEERS
Pretty sure they are going to fix the mustang , if under 4K in damage..
Good update. The Boldens did a good job, too bad about the Stang... The 20V blower looks like a decent unit!
Stang was a Good thing he got a LOT LOT LOT LOT More Money from Insurance than he was into it for LOL!!!!
@@starpuss That was a good deal lol!

Think ill need to look back at the size of belt i installed... As i am pretty sure i matched it to the size that was on the tractor..
*So... Going to guess it had the wrong belt size installed.* Should have looked online more... for the "right size"
As going to guess the belt size is a Special one...
awsome video curtis i am abit late however i hope you get working on the dune buggy and or land cruiser what are you planing to do with the motor home thumns up and shared
The Dune Buggy I plan to work on first , than the land cruiser
The motor home will sit at least a few more years before i do anything.
3:30, R.I.P. V6 Mustang
It would make a good race car build.
Seems like they are going to fix it lol!
This Tractor has "3 Belts" For the PTO Drive system... The other Bolens has "One belt" And NEVER slips.
Starting to think... I need to go one belt size lower... As When i engage the belt... Some times... It's Loose , And other times it tight...
So maybe the linage itself / Bushings are junk... But hard to tell with the spring setup.
1/2 x 35 is the correct size.
Make a video of it
Your buddy Adam ever going to be in a video again?
Don't think so , He moved 150KM away , Than 350KM away , Now he is like 3000KM away or so LOL!
try a larger size on a idler pulley.
Thought about that , But it's the stock size.
Think the belt size i used , Was matched the the old belts...
Thinking ill need to go one size smaller.
or 1/2" smaller.
I think its betrer with the snowblower on it
I want to pickup a Snow Plow for it LOL!
I have not Tried belt dressing Yet.. But going to give it a try. .. But kinda think... That will not help much.
Belt dressing won't help.
