Another request for Jamie all the way from Nebraska (not Iowa my mistake)! I won't lie, I was going to do this song anyways, as I love it. But I've never played it on electric before so I thought I'd change it up a little bit, bring out the Gretsch for her first video and see how it goes! Hope you guys like it!

With a capo play Gmaj7add9 3X0232, Asus X02230, and Bm7 X24230 and add some color. Before the chorus I climb to A7/C# X4202X. Chorus adds a D into the progression XX023X just slide the 23 up to 45 for that little riff. Good luck!

To be honest, I think your cover version is better than Prince's original. You really express the underlying feeling in this relationship. Of course, to be fair: It's just a cover. You did not create this song, but your interpretation is amazing.
