i have a question,i have never have train-ed properly so i need to know how can i train my technic,my ball mastery, and my defending stuff. so please,how can i train all of them?
Just start spending more time with the ball at your feet and experiment with different skills and techniques and find what works best for you. I will have videos coming out on all of those things in the near future as well.
