Homemade Smoked Jerky - Bison

Decided to smoke jerky out of the North American Bison meat from my hunt back in January.
Using my Traeger 575, Con Yeager Hillbilly seasoning, and the LEM Jerky Cannon, I wanted to compare Whole Muscle Jerky to Two different shaped pressed jerky, Snack Stick vs flat strips.
Nothing to crazy, very simple.
How do you normally prefer your jerky?
