There's pollution anywhere there's people. Alaska is about the only place you can get pollution free fish. If you wouldn't feel safe swimming in the water you get your fish, then your fish is probably polluted. The Pacific Ocean I would feel safe to swim in, but I'd never swim in the Atlantic Ocean. As for rivers and streams, Alaska, Montana, most of Canada, North Dakota, and upper Minnesota and Michigan I would eat anything out of those lakes or streams.

Also, chemicals, etc, especially in processed foods, should be at the top of everyones list to avoid. Also research vegetable and seed oils. They are sooo harmful. Please stay away from sugar, foods with white/wheat flour, foods with starch, junk food, restaurant food, seed oils (like canola), soda, processed deli meats. Eat a well balanced salad with lettuce/tomatoes/onions/cucumber and other greens. Cut down on most fruits but a cup of berries (strawberry/blueberry/blackberry/raspberry) is ok. Eat wild caught salmon, drink water with some fresh squeezed lemon, especially first thing in the morning.
Research the benefits of Soursop (Graviola), organic decaf green teas and Essaic Tea. Good supplements are zinc, selenium, magnesium, vitamin B12 or B complex, vitamin D with K 1/2. Daily Green juices of celery, kale cucumber, green apple, lemon. Aloe vera juice is also good. Look into colonics for colon cleanses.
Please do your own research on everything and try to eat as much organic foods as possible, they are actually not super expensive if you know where to shop. Find and Consult with a naturalpath doctor in your area if possible. Check out Dr. Berg's channel on youtube. Walk daily, take in sun. Stay positive, attitude counts a lot with cancer...God bless 🙏

    • @uneedtoseethis

Actually, the fructose found in fruits are quite different from artificial processed sugars, Fruit fructose is actually very good for you and the body processes it completely different from sugar laden foods. Hang in there, don't give up the fight! This is coming from my personal experience as a four time cancer survivor! I will be 75 in two months and each time I came down with cancer the doctors just gave up on me. I changed my diet and the rest is history! It's going to be hard, but it can be done. Now I eat mostly black beans black(forbidden rice) rice, and purple sweet potatoes. My dessert will be all of the different berries that you can find at your local grocery stores. No ice cream, pies, cookies, cakes, soft drinks etc. Avoid anything that has processed sugar in it and you will be just fine. Good luck!

Thx for the info. With fish I would recommend wild caught. Tilapia is mostly farmed fish. Mackerel, Black cod, sardines are other good options too.
Also do you have any research on Turkey Tail mushrooms?

Black beans and other legume contain lektin which is harmful for human body. What is the right way of pre-preparation of them before cooking, such as soaking them in water for 24 hours before consuming them? Do we have to get rid of that water totally and wash the beans again or use that water to cook them? Does anybody know it?
