- Many times, companies don’t extract the maximum value out of their business architects, often delegating them to the task of creating business architecture artifacts. They can do a whole lot more, and here I explain what they should be trained on.

I really enjoyed this one. Storytelling is something we can all get better at.
After working with EAs for the first time and studying EA, I found a huge difference. The concept is amazing and is all about efficiency, but the market of EA is not so useful. I reached to the exact conclusion of Dr. Raj and after watching this video now, I'm relieved to know that someone else have concluded the same 5 years earlier.
Thinking is what matters not the tools.

You are at a good place. I'd suggest learning how to think visually - so you can use that to create models. Much of business architecture is visual models that communicate something about the organization. You can follow this up with enhancing your storytelling and communication skills to effect change at the leadership levels.

I’m working as BA in the company.
Now I’ve got assignments and concerns about how our team prove our ability to the company for every evaluation season.
The only thing i could think is drawing process flow or story board.
How could we prove measurely about how we use our brain so well and do the good effects to the company and how much wr make business process clearly.
I could know how should we do as BA but don’t know how we prove them to the stakeholders.
Can i ask your opinions? Anything would be nice. 👍
I think you are asking how you show value to your stakeholders. You could ask them how they would make decisions without architecture. Then figure out if what they are saying is actually architecture or just some gut feeling. It gut feeling, then they know that each one has a different gut feeling and that's not good.

Requires a longer answer, but typically you'd have to understand the situation, explore options, maybe do some experiments or ask others, and then try it out yourself.
