Thanks to my consulting gig keeping me busy within 2 weeks 😮💨, it's been ages since I caught up on your latest reviews. I noticed you've started diving into Xerjoff fragrances, awesome choice! Loving that Tony Iommi Monkey Special, right? It's such a unique scent, a super complex, not your run-of-the-mill linear fragrance, and that smooth blend is perfect. I'm a sucker for earthy scents, especially when it comes to that patchouli note. Xerjoff nails it every time with their careful choice of materials. I have my eyes on XJ Homme for my next purchase, but Richwood is doing a stellar job of satisfying my patchouli cravings for now. Cheers, brother!
Life keeps us moving for sure! Loving the Toney Iommi Monkey special right now. Best rum note I have encountered in a fragrance with an amazing dry down. Gives me beach/ beach cocktail vibes with the rum, cinnamon and passion fruit. I also bought Ether and it blew me away, so much so I will be purchasing Holysm from the same Kemi line done at 35% oil concentration. You have to try Ether, it is like Xerjoffs version of Silver oud even though it is a lot different and certainly not a clone. Amazing rich oud note with of citrus, rose, pine, cypriol, gurjun balsam and musk. Extremely strong stuff
@@universalfragrance yeah, absolutely will try that out thanks for your recommendations though. For Tony Iommi, oohh, I kind of regret buying the 50mL one, I'll look for and save the 100mL one. It's worth every penny. Tony Iommi is much better than Symphonium. JTC 400 is good though, it’s floral but masculine leaning’s
100%... I got this as a tester for around $150 so I jumped on it. Also gives my channel more of a chance to get through more Xerjoff fragrances purchasing the 1.7oz bottles. The Don and JTC 400 among many others have been on my radar. Arguably one of the deepest houses besides Bond no.9 and Amouage for sure. @@frian3099
Not for me but I can definitely see where you are coming from. I get more of a vanilla birthday cake with fruit and cinnamon due to the labdanum, sandalwood, vanilla caramel and musk at the base@@frian3099
Quite a few!! Orto Parisi, Unique and luxury, zoologist, Bodicea the victorious and Roja Dove!! Even just sticking with niche and luxury fragrances there is so much variety!!

I do not at the moment, I believe I tried Manhattan and Miami Tropical seduction a while ago. Very good fragrances but not on my list to buy personally this year.
Tony Iommi is not a safe blind buy for me. Compared with other Xerjoff’s it’s a “meh” for me. I mean, it’s fruity, sweet - too sweet - rum and generally well blended, leans more feminine to my taste. I wore it a couple times and made zero impressions. It’s a love or hate.
100% It is certainly a love or hate fragrance. It was interesting to see it as the “ niche fragrance collectors” favorite and most used Xerjoff from nearly 40 or so Xerjoff bottles that he has in his collection. He even bought a back up in case they run out 😂. I personally love it, major beach cocktail 🍹 vibes for me and the sweetness starts to subside on my skin after an hour or so.
Same, I like it...but it's just floral, honey, cinnamon tobacco and rather linear. Good performance and it gets compliments for sure but not special enough for me to buy personally. I actually choose Luxor over that for my tobacco Xerjoff fragrance and now Holysm will be next from that powerful Kemi line.@@frian3099
Personally, I have only tried maybe 10 designer fragrances over the last few years and Coromandel has not been one of them so I cannot make a direct comparison. I do like Richwood a lot and will buy one if I can find a full-size bottle for high 200's low 300's@@frian3099

@@universalfragrance have you tried XJ Richwood? The scent profile (vibes) is similar to Chanel Coromandel, isn’t it?
