I have been watching Bob and Brad as there theme song says “the two most famous physical therapist on the internet”. You have to hear the toon with it. They have a wealth of information for all types of health issues and I’ve learned many helpful treatments especially for things like leg cramps, plantar fasciitis, dowengers hump, etc. and they are funny. I can’t remember which one of them was recently dealing with a serious health issues.

Hi Ellen! Your dogs are just as cute as can be. At one point, my hubby and I had 3 dogs (and thank goodness, a fenced in back yard), and I enjoyed my fur babies so much. They love us unconditionally, and are excellent company. All of our dogs are in heaven now. I now enjoy the companionship of my sweet cat Figaro. I feel he knows how important he is to my life!❤ I am a little less lonely with Figaro here! 🐈⬛

@@LCC-25 Yes, Lizzy, Figaro sits with me every night at TV time. I am happy your BB gives you great company! Rescues, whether a dog or cat, are the best! All of my pets have been Rescues. Figaro was my friends cat, but he was being attacked frequently by 2 of her female cats, so my friend asked me if I would adopt Figaro. He has been with me almost 3 years. Enjoy your companion BB, the Ragdoll kitty. They are an adorable cat breed.❤️

Gosh, I can't imagine having more clothing than I can wear. I have to do a load of laundry every week.
@@FrugalHappyVegan even though I go through my clothes and donate them often, some I've had for a long time because they still fit me. It's just a different phase of life now where I don't need a lot of the clothes that I used to wear when I worked., even though I still really like them.
Same here age 56 in October I am in a different stage of my life I don't need as many clothes as I did before am retired mostly at hime@@EllensAbundantLifeonLess

I have been a little slow to part with a couple of items of clothing that I thought were "fabulous", but I know I'll never wear them again (no more business dinners, etc.). I'm still working for the same company, but I've changed jobs and don't need the "career clothing" anymore.

Taking clothes and shoes to thrift shop this week. My closet has one rod. Goal is to have one side winter and one side summer. A few casual dressy for church and such. I'm getting there! Still have a few blazers in another closet.

Good Morning Ellen, I enjoy hearing about your daily coffee flavours, and have decided to make coffee and allowable treat. I drink it anyway, usually the same old, same old though. Although I budget meticulously every month, and pay all my bills on time on the 3rd of the month, I find not spending easy. After shopping my stash of food at home, I go to Grocery Outlet, and need to buy a few fresh items, theb shop hygeine items from the Thrift Store which saves a bundle, but exposes me to other tempting 'browsing opportunities'. Swapping shopping with visits to the park is a good distraction, but when one lives on a Fixed Income in the first place, there are only so many corners one can cut. Other than paying off vet and dental bills, makes me wonder if I am the only one to find the last couple of weeks of each month more challenging? I know, just need to be more disciplined! Sometimes, that is easier said than done.
@@sjordan7085 almost all of my bills come due at the beginning of the month. It would be better if they were more spread out because money does get tight after the bills are paid.
You got me motivated cleaned all my kitchen cupboards , got rid of alot.

I have an IKEA rectangular laundry bag, when it’s full I do the wash. It’s an ingrained habit I don’t even think about. I’m like you with assigned days of doing tasks, I can’t do things that way. My 2 aunts were like that and it worked very well for them. I’m so perplexed at how isolated people are now. It use to be that people would drop by and volunteer to help each other. Now they almost avoid it. I see it even with my neighbors, people don’t visit anymore. A great experiment would be if the internet shut down for a few weeks.😂 For example, my neighbors grass has been completely mowed 1 time this year! Yes, it’s a mess! Here’s the kicker, her son works for a landscaping company.
@@happycamper1372 I think so many people these days suffer from "too much to do syndrome". I don't know if that's a thing but it should be. They put too much on their plates and always add more. I'm personally trying to cut back as much as I can. I don't even know what to say about the son with the landscape company. Maybe they're estranged...?

It’s been a good day. I listened to some good positive Christian music the last few hours. Ordered a pizza for dinner, and it was good! I still have half left for tomorrow. Sliced green olives would be good on it as well, but I forget about them. It’s amazing at how your dogs do get along so well together. I love good BLT’s! Could your grandson and his friend help you with your watering? Coming over once or twice a week? Ellen, I have had clothes as well. Now I just wear jeans. Quite a change for me!

I'm right there with you for laundry. I usually do mine once a week, its just me and my husband so we don't have that much unless we are doing heavy yard/farm work. I'm trying not to add to my food stash as well but my husband has a garden. I joke I have food anxiety because I have all this food and have to somehow eat it or process it for canning, dehydrating or freezing. I'm going to be giving away a lot more this year. I'm going to try to continue decluttering through 2024. I'm hoping to get most of my DIY projects done this year as well. Today I didn't spend any money! Yeah me. Really need to do better in July. Oh a Pizza oven is awesome. Enjoy

@@EllensAbundantLifeonLess Being a lifelong Prepper was a great idea. Clearly, it is a sign of the times, that I can nolonger afford to stash. I am now making use of what I have saved, and also have a garden, to but nothing is ready to eat yet. Being single certainly makes living a tad more expensive, if it is true that two can live as cheaply as one. I am realizing that more and more these days, even though prepping is a way to mitigate inflation. A second income would be a great help. A little job would help, but earning more than a minimum would impact my medical ins, and 'extra' help with prescriptions. Selling items is another option I am focused on.

I would love to know how you stopped clororing your hair, and go natural. I'm in that stage right now. I find it so hard, as my haIr becomes so course, like hay, and dry, if I dont color it. How did you transition ???
@@suegalletly8262 honestly I just did it cold turkey. I went through a n ugly stage because my hair is long, but you can also just keep your hair on the shorter side and keep the colored part cut. Changing your hairstyle might help.

Dogs are precious. I no longer have a large food stash. I had to dispose of a lot of my food stash because of expired expiration dates. I realized I am not good at being a food saver. 😂.

Most foods don't expire, they have a best by date. Most foods last many years beyond best by date.
