- thanks for watching my video:today I will make a Easy Tomato and cheese Egg Omelette Recipe ,simply amazing and hard to resist.
INGREDIENTS
*2 tbsp Green onion
*2 tomatoes
*2 tbsp olive oil
*4 eggs
*½ tsp salt
*½ tsp pepper
*½ cup Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
*Finely chop ,coriander, and green onion
*Slice up tomatoes and place on pan with olive oil
*Salt and pepper
*Sprinkle finely chopped mixture of green onion
*Cook for 2 ½ minutes on low heat
*Flip each tomato pieces
*Salt and pepper
*Sprinkle mixture
*Cook for another 2 ½ minutes on low heat
*Turn over the tomatoes and pour the whisked eggs
*Cover with lid and cook on low heat until eggs are cooked
*Ready to enjoy!
