crispy smashed potatoes

thanks for watching my video:today I will make Crispy Smashed Potatoes Recipe,simply amazing and hard to resist.
Ingredients:
*12 small potatoes
*3-4 tbsp olive oil
*2 pieces of grated garlic
*Salt to taste
*Pepper to taste
*a bunch of parsley
INSTRUCTIONS:
*Preheat oven to 220°C
*Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, reduce the heat to medium and cook until tender, about 20_25minutes. Drain and let dry.
*Place the potatoes on a baking tray. Use a potato masher, fork or a bottom of a glass to smash the potatoes.
*Drizzle some olive oil and garlic , sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
