Passing along what we learned about Quartzsite, Arizona. There are 5 BLM locations to camp for free up to 14 days. You can purchase a Short Term Visitor Area pass for 14 days for $40 or you can purchase a Long Term Visitor Area (LTVA) for $180 to camp for 7 months from September 15 to April 15.. We found the outside area of Quartzsite to be beautiful.
