BEST times to approach

Your court position is good, you are inside the court you are in balanced position- that all means it`s a green light to approach. Have an attacking mindset and approach the net after your shot.
Don`t get upset if you lose the first point.
With the approach shot your job is to get an ADVANTAGE and use it at the net to finish off the points.
