I recently bought from you my Janome HDBE and love it. After a bad experience with another dealer I was really scared to do the purchase being in another state, and my local dealer is great for things like fabric, but for bigger purchases they charge a lot more than anybody else and do not offer classes nor support… so after so much research and wanting to support a family own business I decided to buy from you guys. I felt like I was gaining so much knowledge and support from your CZcams and Facebook page that I wanted to give back by buying from you. It was a great experience and I’m so happy that I did. For original parts I also like to buy from your store. Thank you for offering so many resources for everybody in the WORLD ( not only USA), that’s a lot of work!!

Great video and just in time! If I lived closer would have purchased my jamome550e from you but Maine to Florida is a little too far to travel. I located a shop that is a certified Jamone dealer in my state . I went with all the questions you recommended and was very happy with the result. It is owed by a husband and wife , both of which service what they sell . I was happy to learn they test all machines before you purchase them . They gave me a lesson before I made my decision.. had me hoop , thread etc . Thank you for all the wonderful videos , it really means a lot .. keep up the GREAT work 😊

When people come in to my store I and say they are a bag maker I direct them to the DDL-8700 or the Juki DNU-1541 (BTW, my straight stitch machine is a Brother PQ1500s which is really a Juki TL-2000).

If a dealer starts trying to sell me a machine without asking me how I will use my machine, what kind of quilting do I do, and what quilting I may expect to do in the future will not get my business.
What is the best machine?

What do i do if no dealer near me?
I bought a Juki 2010Q in January of 2021 after 3 months of research. It was a retirement present to myself. I am so fed up with Juki. After 7 months of sewing it quit working. There was not a Juki repair service within 1 1/2 hour drive. About 10 months later I stumbled on a Juki blog and found there was a bad batch of Mitsubishi computer chips in the foot pedals. I got my FOURTH foot pedal about a week ago. It quit after 2 hours. Juki service center in Florida assures me it’s not my machine. My warranty has now expired and I don’t have a machine that works. Any suggestions? Thank you!
