engine has issue. piston ring might have leak. does your exhaust throw out smoke.

I have noticed that its not the oil leakage... during morning cold start thought it was leakage but today morning i checked and i found that there is a small hole in the silencer from where tiny droplets of water coming out..

Is there any problem with that small hole in the silencer???
Yes i found a small sepage in the engine head where small two bolts are located...

@@AvilSachin i ignored that bolt and yesterday that bol came out while driving and all engine oil leaked in my legs....to scary today i am taking it to service centre

Thanks for ur vedo , bhai i have Honda stunner 2010 , currently facing same kind of issue, my mechanic firstly says issue with newtral switch but afterwards telling i have to replace full armature kit as its having a black wire which ends up with a rubber which gets teared, n it's a complete set can't replace only that particular rubber so ...i am from Kolkata West Bengal plz suggest

This particular engine is poorly developed by Hero. I have an Xtreme200R with same engine. Engine oil seepage issue from engine head persists even after repeated replacement of head gasket. This issue is seen in all 200cc models of hero, be it bs4 or bs6.
Same problem in xtreme 160r
Today all companies have decreased their bike's build quality to maximize profit because they have strong roots in Indian market while if same bike is made for another country then the build quality is awesome.
Either bolts are not torqued correctly or it's threads are stripped latter was the case in my bike and had to replace crankcase under warranty.
@@scram911 the seepage is through the head gasket. There is no seepage through any bolts on the engine head
@@jithinnatarajan4125 yea head gasket that's what I was talking about not the head cover gasket, is your bike's valve timing correct? head or block surface warped? If all bolts and it's threads are in good shape I can't think of anything else right now.
Hello Jeet, Need your help. I have CB350RS, its leaking oil from box, from the middle joint section of the two parts of the gear box (i.e. crank case and Honda has used RTV silicone glue to seal the two section ) , it is a minor leak, however, its a new bike, I don't want the complete engine to be dismantled to be able to apply new sealant then reassemble the whole engine. So, my question is can I apply RTV silicone on the leaking area? Is it good solution? Will RTV hold for long? If yes, which brand of Silicone glue should I use, please suggest?
Same problem with my New Avenger 160. Service centre said no need to worry it's just seepage.

That neutral sensor needs silicone adhesive, my younger brother had the same problem, changed the seal several times, later when the rtv silicone used the problem got solved but it is shocking to see the sensor has the same crack in this video which we had seen when we repaired.
For my XPULSE 2004v also same crack in netural switch ,really build quality is not good

My vehicle is honda active 6g , service person said engine oil is leaking, need to change belt, oil seal.but still today he changed only engine oil, next time need to do oil seal, belt . So he said cost Rs.2500 . Is it true and cost also justified or not. Please respond bro

I brought a second hand bike i smart bike 15 days ago today morning i saw some drops of engine oil leaking but that was probably leaked at night and it was too little oil is this a problem. My brother said 10-20 drops at night is fine he said that's how bikes are.
