Angie Gets Introduced to Off-Road Racing!!

It's King of the Hammers opening weekend of 2024 so we're throwing it back to Angie's first introduction to off-road racing -- her trip to Crandon, Wisconsin for the Crandon World Championships!!
Spending the last two-plus decades in motorsports, Angie's seen a lot of different types of racing, but this was her very first off-road event. It was the perfect introductory experience... Angie not only understands the hype of off-road racing now, but she's hooked!! From the racing, to fun with friends -- it was a weekend to remember!
Angie was expecting to stay on the Paulsen's Super C RV, but when she arrived, she was surprised with her own bedroom set up in their new toy hauler! After a good night's sleep, it was time for her first day at Crandon. She got to experience the parade through downtown Crandon that kicks off the Crandon World Championships every year.
After the parade, some of the off-road race cars and side-by-sides that will compete throughout the weekend are put on display, so Angie takes us around for an up-close and personal look at the cars & we even get to meet some of the drivers!
Once it was time to hit the track, Angie sat down with Dave Arnold for Dave to explain the differences between the NASCAR racing that Skinner fans are used to & the off-road racing she was experiencing in Crandon. And just like that, a new playlist is born -- hello, "Off-Road 101" !!!
Angie had an absolute blast watching the off-road races and will definitely be back!
