My wife and I absolutely love it here. Carmel is a wonderful city and when it's all said and done, the Mayor is going to end up being recognized as very forward thinking and the best Mayor that Carmel has ever had- hopefully, the incoming administration will be just as diligent.

Traffic circles and modern roundabouts are not the same, even though people use those words interchangeably! Roundabouts are for every country, and better than stopping at a red light!
