I find the best way to take B on Split is to use brims smokes for backside b and close right b as well as heaven, and to just rush it with fast corner checks. You could combo with sage and wall out close b instead and double smoke heaven, the box, or smoke their spawn.
A smokes for brim should be ramp, heaven and their spawn. Again with a sage wall right side onto site. These are both aggressive takes and can be slowed, but they can be pretty good especially on ecos since you can buy max brim smokes for cheap.
A viper could also replace the sage, or be added to this push as well to make it even more effective. Would allow the sage to wall off the spike pretty easily to secure the plant

You should watch him play rainbow 6 or overwatch then. Shrouds really good, but when he plays games like pubg, apex, or warzone he's literally a really good player pub stomping everyone with no matchmaking, so it makes him seem even better than he is. That's not to say he's not still top 5% but it's not like he takes competitive games as serious as some of the younger up and comers. (since retiring from Cs of course)
His rainbow 6 streams are a great example of him constantly trying to run around a frag and just getting destroyed instead of actually learning the game. And the one season he ranked to Dimond, he was hard carried.
But it's also about perspective. 2 kills in pubg means nothing, but 2 kills in valorent is often round deciding.

I am getting shredded right now in comp. Every 2-3 games is a major loss to one win and I have deranked a full rank in one day from Gold 3 down to Silver 3. The MMR in this game sucks. As a Silver 3, I'm in a game full of Golds and Plats...if that is the level I am playing at then rank me as such so I don't have to get grouped with people that are bronze.
