Had a Truman show moment here. I realized that I hadn't heard from you guys in a while! Started to wonder if the channel was taken down. I'm not addicted, but enjoy your positivity though there are some challenges in life. Best wishes to you both from Norway. 🙂👍

I have had that surgery twice now and I highly recommend you stay on top of your allergies. If you don't the problems will creep back in. Omnaris is what use and it is a great help. Take care.

I use a combo of Flonase and generic Claritin (the 24 hr one), for my allergies. If I'm not suffering too bad, I just take the Claritin.. it works great for itchy eyes and runny noses!

    It's hard to be patient.
You have to consider the high pollen right now too. The trees are causing misery but must happen.
Glad they are looking after you.
Might consider a medical mask outside your home and possibly leave windows closed on High pollen days.
    Take care

Hopefully procedure your doctor did today cured the post surgical discomfort you began to have. Praying for you Maggie that you will be breathing better now 🙏 You definitely need and deserve a break!!!! ❤️

I use Nasacort. My ENT said it was a nasal steroid. It helps me when I’m congested (and use it in addition to my other allergy meds.)

I was told by my doctor that oral allergy medicine doesn’t normally help nose symptoms, and kind of only something like Flonase will affect runny nose and stuff like that

None of that sounds pleasant but glad to hear it’s done the job. Pretty sure it might be allergies. My nose and throat are super itchy here in Scotland and it’s been windy which makes it worse. Hope you’re on the mend 🙂

Maggie ear nose throat are linked we have to have mucus inside our nose throat they call it lubrication. stress makes it worse. Uk 🇬🇧 calls it boggy s snot so if you have sinus problems you probably will still but they have clearly done the job on your nose problems so the rest will not be as noticeable in time keep smiling xx

Sorry I missed the live, we were on our way back from my daughters doctors appointment. Hopefully your sinuses continue to improve in getting better. I can't believe you didn't buy any flowers. LOL We bought 4 thornless blackberry plants and 6 tomato plants. David planted then and that night we got almost 4 inches of rain and some hail. It beat the heck out of plants in the garden. We are hoping they all bounce back. We lost power for over 5 hrs too. Sending love to you both.

Have you considered allergy testing? It's not difficult to do, it' can narrow in on your allergies, and then you can use what best works for you. It made a world of difference for my husband and his ragweed allergy.

I get so mad, probably see 10 to 15, maybe more on my 30 minute morning drive. Also, I feel like the roads are just generally bad and not well taken care of. Like what do our taxes even go to?

Same thing happened to me. I discovered that it was actually foot related. I’m talking even minor sensitivity. I did the Everlywell food sensitivities test (the bigger option). Once I stopped eating things that I was even sensitive to the nose completely cleared up.

It's almost certainly allergies. When I don't stay on top of them with meds and it's a high tree pollen count then I get darker icky stiff (sorry for the TMI).

Glad your doctor was good at his job and your fox was bad at his/hers. Although, I was surprised that the doctor did not immediately prescribe antibiotics as part of the post-surgery care, but my degree is in education not medicine so my opinion is not the critical one. BTW I never noticed (subscribed for over one year) Zak's nasally tone until recently when it was brought up.😉
