On the last free kick, are you referring to the wing official at the bottom of the screen? It looks like the ine wing we can see did stay at the goal line as he was supposed to. We cant see the wing at the bottom.
The official at the top. The official left much too soon (which is why he had to back up when the runner was contacted by K). If the ball had come loose, he would've had to run all the way back to the goal line. Let the runner get out ahead of you before you move.
