yeah it was a bit of a shame but it tends to always happen around April time, which is when I went!

Great video! Perhaps another category for the buffets is freshness? Maybe that is a subcategory of quality, but I think it might be helpful; to give an idea of how long the food is sitting there or replenished.
Also, I am a bit like you, where I like to separate the hot and cold foods on the plate 😂
