Well it's obviously different when haney fought kambosos it was in hostile land in front of a crowd only consist of Aussie kambo fans, when loma fight in the us everybody is rooting for him even against haney you know that more will be rooting for loma against the home fighter, plus America for boxing is like the English premier league of the Spanish liga for football it's the center of the sport so its different for American fighters to go abroad since they are where all the action at and mostly its where they started their careers on the other hand fighters from other usually start fighting abroad early and do so for the majority of their career

I agree. Loma isn't simply a 135 fighter. He's too small. He needs to revise his strategy and come with a great game plan or he's going to lose. I'm a huge loma fan but we have to be objective, he's at a disadvantage against Haney's style. To expose Haneys style you need high work rate and a prime loma. And Loma is definitely past his prime. A great fighter none the less . I just wish he became pro earlier, he wouldn't have to rush everything.
Pacquiao went up 8 weight classes, Floyd went up 5 weight classes. Loma was a big 126 pounder and had a sizeable advantage over guys like Gary Russell & Rigondeaux. Which is the same thing that’s happening here with Haney-Loma. Balance

Teo's blueprint was being aggressive, Ortiz had alot of success bringing the fight to Loma. Haney sits back and picks his shots, Loma will be able to work his angles and use his foot work. Teo and Ortiz took away alot of his footwork. Hope we see it anyways, should be early spring let's hope.
