Hi Jake, great pattern. I was wondering if you tie soft hackles on the size size hooks that you would tie the dry adult? Our adult BWOs are size 20, but I've never seen a soft hackle tied that small. Thanks much, Bob

Hey Bob! I usually just stick around 16-12 but I’ve definitely used some size 16’s under a dry fly in a dry dropper rig and they would awesome has a emerger

Nice tie. Another innovative use of the UV products. I've tied something similar with a clear glass bead, but I'm sure this is far more durable. Speaking of durability...great tip using the mono ribbing!

Thanks James! One of the main reasons for using UV is mainly how easy it is to get ahold of these days, not to mention all the different colours you can throw in the mix, its a game changer.

Hi Jake, thanks for the great video. I really like the appearance of the turkey biot. I checked your online store and I didn't see any natural color biot. Is it something you usually have in stock ? Thanks again.

Hey Bob! Thank you! I actually sourced myself these turkey biots, came across them in a field while fishing haha.

Two fibers for your tail is more than a little optimistic about durability.
